Kairos

Kairos is the private tool we use to turn long videos from our own YouTube channels into short vertical clips, publish those clips to the same channels, and see how they perform.

Who uses it

Kairos is not a public service and has no sign-up. It runs on a private server owned by David Comas (Barcelona, Spain) and is only connected to YouTube channels that he owns or manages. Each channel is connected by its owner through Google's standard sign-in and consent screen.

What it does with a connected YouTube channel

`youtube.upload` Manage your YouTube videos	Upload the clips that the channel owner has reviewed and approved in Kairos, as public or scheduled Shorts (uploaded as private with a publish time that YouTube applies).
`youtube.readonly` View your YouTube account	Show which channel is connected (name and picture), check that a scheduled clip really went public at its time, and list the channel's own recent uploads for its performance report.
`yt-analytics.readonly` View YouTube Analytics reports	Show the owner a dashboard of their channel (views, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, audience) and learn which kinds of clips work best, to rank the next ones.
`yt-analytics-monetary.readonly` View monetary YouTube Analytics reports	Show estimated revenue and revenue per thousand views for the owner's own videos in that same dashboard.

What it never does

It does not delete or edit existing videos, post comments, or change channel settings.
It does not access any other Google service.
It does not sell, share or advertise with anyone's data.
